AP Machinebouw has been producing grading boxes for more than 30 years. Thanks to many years of experience, close contacts with the users and practical thinking, the AP grading box has been put through many alterations which resulted in a range that offers the ideal grading box for every imaginable situation. The solid construction guarantees a long life-span.
Due to the special angle of the knife the AP grading box will easily go into any soil at any time. The unique curve of the blade keeps the ground "rolling" which results in a higher capacity, and less tractive power required. The special wheel system assures the grading box to move stable, avoiding "bouncing", even at a speed of 10km per hour or more.
All AP grading boxes can be equipped with laser control. For further options see "Brochures". AP grading boxes can also be made to customer specific requirements.
Mini grading boxes
The mini grading boxes are extremely suitable for garden and landscaping, like tennis courts, sports fields etc. There where the space or soil charasteristics do not enable the use of a large grading box an AP mini grading box however achieves an excellent result. Grading boxes with a 3-point linkage are electrically/hydraulically controlled. This way the machine can follow a track or works sloping. Working widths from 150 to 200 cm, height 55 cm.
Agricultural grading boxes
The agricultural grading boxes, type LKB, are equipped as standard with mechanic doors and a fixed wheelset. The standard working width is 300 cm (420 cm with doors opened) and the height is 110 cm. Alternative sizes and versions on request.
Grading boxes for greenhouses
The by AP developed grading boxes for greenhouses are due to the folding wheels perfectly suitable for use in a greenhouse. They are equipped as standard with 2 wheels and fixed sides. Working widths from 150 to 200 cm, height is 75 cm.
Grading boxes
The grading boxes, type KB, are standardly equipped with mechanic doors and a fixed wheel set. The blade is placed in front of the last main trunk so soil will not get stuck against the frame. Working widths from 200 to 300 cm, with the doors opened from 290 to 455 cm. The height varies from 70 to 130 cm.
Foldable grading boxes
The foldable grading boxes are hydraulically foldable to 265 cm for transport over public roads. There are several models with working widths from 400 to 800 cm and heights of 110, 130 or 140 cm. All types can be supplied with grader function, laser, LPS or GPS control.
